Specialists of JSC “Belgorkhimprom” participated in the
conference “Workshop of future is a bridge of energy-efficiency
and renewable energy sources”. About 120 people dealing with
energy-efficiency in the field of construction and renewable
energy sources were invited to the conference. Among them there
were politicians, managers, representatives of public
associations, science and education.

change effects”.

international activity for global climate change prevention.

Energy-Efficiency Department, Ministry of Natural Resources &
Environmental Protection, housing and communal services,
Hydrometeorology Department of Ministry of Natural Resources &
Environmental Protection, International Environmental University
n.a. A. Sakharov, BSU, representatives of a number of embassies,
World Bank, and also a number of public organizations
participated in the conference

JSC “Belgorkhimprom” has
organized commercial talks with representatives of Global Carbon
Company (the Netherlands); in the course of which questions on
implemented and would-be-implemented energy efficient projects
with high emission reduction potential were discussed. The
Global Carbon Company is one of the leading organizations on the
international greenhouse gas emissions reduction trade market.
By the end of 2009 Global Carbon Company has had 34 projects
with an emission reduction potential of more than 47 mln tons of
carbon dioxide equivalent.
Representatives of JSC “Grodno Khimvolokno” also assisted at the
negotiations. |
